never happened but the first toys we bought were from here and there were reviews to go by!! Thank goodness!!

It's POWERFUL Um...yeah right!

Some of the reviews you have to watch as well because if it's a first timer obviously they don't know what "powerful" is. We certainly didn't when we started.

that's why I love all the reviews on Eden!

I quickly learned that powerful meant...a marketing technique to sell a cheap product that is not really that powerful.
Have you ever had this experience? Did you learn very quickly to rely on reviews or on your won judgement? How has that worked out for you? less

I don't know how I shopped for anything before Internet reviews, quite honestly. These days, I wouldn't buy cough drops or peanut butter without first consulting the opinions of a half dozen or more anonymous strangers. And EF does reviews better than any site going, adult or otherwise.

Yes this has happened before, thankfully there's reviewers!

I'm so glad for reviews, they definitely help but then again those are subjective! I've bought toys based on reviews only to be disappointed. It's a balance between reviews and what you yourself are looking for in a toy.

I bought very few toys before Eden so it hasn't really happened to me. I like to reads the reviews first on a product that I'm interested in. I think that's just one reason EF it so awesome

The reviews are very helpful, but not foolproof. I have ordered a few toys that did not live up to the review. Also took a chance on products that had poor reviews but still liked it.

Unfortunately yes, but that's why I love the vroom system!

Never happened to me. I only bought one legit toy prior to Eden and it was a (non-vibrating) dildo.

I love toys but before Eden I was always so skeptical about buying online because I couldn't test a vibe's power before buying, I need a good rumbly powerful vibe and you're right, advertisements are never trustable. I heavily rely on Eden reviews now XP

Reviews defiantly help but I started off with a toy that had a high reputation the Fleshlight and wasn't disappointed. There have been times that reviews convinced me to buy something and I didn't really enjoy it. Everyone's tastes are different.

Definitely has happened before but that's why I love EF, you get personal comments in the reviews which help determine whether I like it or not
