I totally agree!


And while I stand by my former statement of loving sharing things at the discussions, I have to admit that I completely loved a reminder to read a really hot steamy book every month. Even for months where I didn't take the assigned book I would always pick one up on my own to read.

How am I going to know which books to read next now?

Sorry to hear that! I wasn't sure if hubby would either but I offered and he said sure and afterward he said he enjoyed it.

I read him a really steamy story by Kristina Wright.

Inorite! (Back, btw, had to grab food & my nook). I signed up for the email alerts/newsletters at the Cleis website, which is really excellent and as long as you want hard copy and not digital, you can order direct from them.

Totally... also, GoodReads has some good discussion groups of that sort (kindle smut for one). Perhaps anyone on the site could add each other and we could start a dirty book club there?

Michele was telling me about it. She said it was more BD than SM. She said that she and Alan thought this was the best book they've read yet.

I totally agree. I think dominance is most powerful when subtly yielded and when contrasted with tenderness and all that other good stuff.
