The last thing I have for you is to try and be search-engine friendly. Depending on what you write, this may or may not be a big issue. For a review site, no one is going to find your website if you aren't listed on Google, and they won't see your reviews. However, if you normally just post about personal posts and aren't probably going to be a popular Google search term, then this may not be a big of deal. Learning about PageRank and Alexa will help you increase your search engine ranking which, in turn, helps you get listed higher on search engines which, in turn, makes it more likely that searchers will click on your link! We'll be learning about PageRank and Alexa in future blogger meetings!
Are you worried about getting listed on search engines? Do you feel this is important to your blog?

Alexa ratings are really important for a lot of sponsors, so I started worrying more about mine. Liberator, for example, won't sponsor reviews if your alexa rank is above something like 100,000 or 200,000 (I should remember but I don't).
I always considered PageRank to be important, but it seems to take so long for a new site to even get one. Mine's still n/a, just as my wordpress.com one was before that.
