Hello everyone, I’m lunaKM. Rayne asked me to be here tonight to share with you how I grew into submission and about the way my dynamic works. Let me open up with introducing myself. I’m 34 and live in the Midwest. I was married once before to a vanilla partner that was only a little bit kinky in the bedroom. Ultimately one of the many reasons I decided to seek a divorce was that incompatibility that became obvious when I found I needed more than he was willing to give.

Looking at it now I know that my story is not that unusual. I read and hear about it all the time. I think what is fantastically unusual are the marriages that succeed in adding D/s after a long vanilla relationship. I applaud them. It’s not easy to change and to bring someone with you on this glorious ride is an added challenge.

I just want to say that I'm DYING for some real kink play. It's been FOREVER. And now I have all of this really nice stuff that my partner isn't really into. We've opened the door for polyamory, so I may just get my wish, but I'm really tired of waiting.

Being submissive came after I realized that I was masochist. And since they are not one in the same, it arrived slowly and with a lot of struggle, internal and in the relationship.

I'm just not sure I like the randomness of that site. There's a bunch of people in my area, but I want it to be someone I can have an outside life with as well. All the people I've found on there are too old/creepy/etc. for me. Part of good BDSM for me is when it's with someone I can truly trust and love.

I'm a submissive by choice but I also am a Service Top for my Master. He likes a bit of play but has to be in control so he controls what I do to him and I serve him that way. It's very occasional but it's lots of fun to "give him what he gives me".

So, what happened after the divorce?

I had casual play partners when I first started exploring BDSM and I became very active in the local BDSM scene early on. The way I was welcomed has probably helped shape my opinion on the community as a whole. I learned that I enjoyed a lot of masochistic activities which I have to admit I wasn’t surprised about. What did surprise me was the contentment and happiness I had at preparing a meal for a Dominant or doing other mundane things for them after a night of intense play. It was to be the start of my service.

How many of you are in (or curious about) a casual or bedroom only sort of BDSM relationship?
