My first toy was really hard to keep clean, and gave me a REALLY bad UTI. I don't remember the exact material though.
What material was your first sex toy made out of?

metal. I don't know what kind.

IT was either hard plastic or silicone, can't remember :/ It was cheap

Silicone

Was a plastic leopard print traditional vibrator.

A jelly rabbit. Ugh. It was terrible.

It was a plastic vibrator with a jelly sleeve. The first time I used it was without the sleeve. Then I tried it with the sleeve and decided I liked it better without it. Plus, I didn't lube up the sleeve enough and I had such a hard time getting it off. Now I just use the platic vibe.

I bought two...one regular vibrator and one plug. The vibrator was plastic I believe (RIP). I think the plug was latex or rubber (also RIP).

My first toy was made out of plastic. I still own it today and it still gets used from time to time.

Plastic, it was mostly safe but the shiny paint started to wear away so I tossed it

$20 plastic, then for my second a silicone Lelo.

PVC Sillicone. Just a little water-proof vibe, not too much, but a ton of fun.

The wife's first toy was made out of plastic and jelly, a cheap rabbit vibe that at the time she loved. Once we discovered other toys she realized what she was missing though.

Silicone! My first toy was the lelo Gigi. I still own her and I love her to bits. Never had a problem!

My first sex toys (two rabbits) I got like over 5 years ago were most likely jelly. They were definitely a porous material of some kind. The two I had didn't last long so I gave up for a while, then a couple of years ago I got a couple of silicone toys. Glad to see that things have changed for the better.

My first toy was the feeldoe, which is made of silicone, and definitely high quality. I'd still have it but my ex kept it when we split up. My first toy just for me was a plastic vibe, and it held up really well until the motor died a maybe a year ago. I think I still have it somewhere.

Thankfully, I'm a very cautious person so I do my research before buying a new kind of product. I did a lot of research on materials before purchasing my first silicone toy.

My first sex toy was a simple plastic corded bullet.
10/17/2012
I am pretty sure its sillicone

I'm pretty sure my first was Jelly.

Plastic. No side effects no issues and very little use.

I think it was jelly.

My first toy was jelly, unfortunately. I tossed it when I joined Eden
