I have kept some toys that have not worked for me for a long time. Some of them were used again as they worked for me later on. I used to have a very high orgasm threshold and a vibe I used was not strong enough, then eventually my threshold lowered and I was able to use the vibe without a problem.

Now when toy's don't work I will keep them and if they haven't been used within a few months then I try to get rid of it, by trashing it or if it isn't insertable I can give it to a friend. I have some poeple who don't mind using my insertable toys.

I'm still trying to figure out what to do. When you get an assignment of a $50 rabbit that absolutely gives you a headache and you hate it, but it works wonderfully and there's nothing wrong with it and it's practically new ... you're SOL because it's porous. Seems such a FECKING WASTE!

My first rabbit finally broke a few months ago, it just won't turn on.. but I still keep it because I love the length and girth, so it has just turned into a dildo. I have a hard smooth plastic vibe that does nothing for me, but I always think one day, I'll find a way to make it work. My Ben-Wa -esque balls, however, I don't think i'll ever get those to do anything for me

Admittedly, i'm with those who are a little squicked out at the thought of being the giver or receiver of used toys. Even if a toy had been boiled and sanitized completely ten times over, I couldn't do it.

I have a broken bullet that's kicking around the bedroom somewhere under the dresser. I should probably throw it out, but I only think about doing that when I'm not at home. It doesn't have any redeeming features such as length, girth or prettiness to make me want to keep it.

Some hang around in a separate area to my usable toys until my Master tells me to throw them out. I don't like to throw things away.

I can't really bring myself to throw out a toy! I've heard of recycling for rabbits where you can trade for a new toy at a discount (and they dispose/recycle old ones)

I haven't gotten rid of any toys yet, but I've actually had a friend offer to buy one of my least favorite toys from me. It's silicone so we're not worried about sterilizing it. I just kind of want to give it another chance before I make that decision.

I've only ever thrown away one toy, and that was the first one I've ever owned. I still have all the others and just don't use them.

They usually go in my toy-graveyard, which is a large old jewelery box at the moment (lots of bullets lol).

Wrapped in paper towel, stuffed into a zip lock bag and shoved into my closet or a drawer. Yeah, I'll be with VC on Hoarders: Sex Toy Edition.

Generally, it just sits at the bottom of the drawer, until I need to do a clean out to make room for something new.

The toys I don't like usually go into the toy storage cabinet, but eventually (after a year or two) I finally throw them out if I haven't used them at all.

It tend to hoard since most can be sterilized or sanitized I tell myself a future lover might like them. I do have a toy I intend to throw out I'm just waiting till I do a follow up review on the monstrosity.

At this point, I've thrown a few things out, mostly the cheap ones I know I'm never gonna use again and aren't worth trying to do anything else with. I've given a few toys to my best friend, along with some lingerie.
