I haven't but I do modify lingerie but I chose no since lingerie is not a toy.

Have you ever had to modify a toy that you bought?

Nope, never had to. If I don't like a toy, I sell it and buy a new one

I bought a jackrabbit with a clitoral attachment that I didn't like, and my hubby was nice enough to buy an attachment cover for it. Other toys we will actually re-design as in breaking off parts that are painful, smoothing seams down, etc.

I modified my Oh Oui! Pink Banana. It was a fun toy with an interesting shape but it had the most horrible and pronounced seam running through the middle! I used a straight razor and file to scrape it down. The mod isn't perfect, but it's better.

I cut my teneo duo smart balls in half because they were uncomfortably long for regular wear. So now I have two seperate balls!
Anyone have tips for removing a silicone seam? Filing didn't work.

No I haven't. Maybe I've just been lucky?

Sure have. We have the G Spot Attachment for the Hitatchi wand, and it covers both the clit and anal areas, while a G spot attachment is inserted.
Believe me this is the best attachment ever. Well the only issue is when I want internal anal play this attachment does not warrant that. So we cut that portion off.
We bought a second attachment that won't be modified so we have all the options depending on my desire.

Nope, but I've thought about modifying some that I am interested in.

The most I've done was remove a bullet and replaced it with a better one.

the most I've done is chopped off the cord for an vibrating anal plug, it was miseralble at vibrating anyway, well it was miserable at everything but at least now it's less inconvienent.

I haven't but I would if I had to
01/27/2012
No I wouldn't trust myself
01/27/2012
I've never truly "modified" a toy per se. Ive done things to add or take off a toy (Say it had a ring or detachable parts) and Ive interchanged them with other toys/parts. Ive never actually cut or glued anything to one though.
01/28/2012
smoothing seems sounds like a good idea. I'll do that if its ever a problem in the future.
02/27/2012
Nope
02/27/2012
I haven't had to yet.

I haven't needed to make any modifications yet.

Me and my boyfriend use hot glue to reinforce any toys with wires where they connect to the controller.
02/27/2012
I never have.
02/28/2012
Not yet, but I would if it was a small mod

Not yet. If I've had an issue with a toy it wouldn't have been fixable anyway.
