Wow. All the time? Have you talked to a doctor? There are several things that can cause ongoing pain during PIV sex. Everything from an undiagnosed bacterial vaginosis, to an adherent clitoris to vaginismus. (In adherent clitoris, the clitoris has scar tissue that adheres it to the vulva, a short procedure can free it and stop the pain. Vaginisimus is an uncontrollable tightening of the vaginal muscles, that can sometimes make penetration impossible or difficult or simply cause pain every time you have sex. Bacterial Vaginosis can be myriad different infections of the vagina, that can cause excruciating pain, and some of these bacteria need to be INDIVIDUALLY looked for in specialized tests.
I have worked with OBGYNs, so painful intercourse is a common problem, and a solution can be found. You may want to call a University Teaching Hospital (even if it isn't all that close) and find a doctor who specializes in painful intercourse. I can assure you, that unless the problem is very easy to diagnose (in which case you would have been dxed by now) no Community Hospital is going to be able to really help. This is one of those things where you need the best, and Uni Teaching Hospitals with a good huge OBGYN department is your best bet.
I hope you will find out why you are in so much pain.
