We use male condoms and the pill. I use Apri, a generic of Mircette.
What type of birth control do you and your partner use?

I'm on Lutera. It's the only pill that didn't give me crazy side effects. I'm looking for a new method however because I don't like using artificial hormones.

Prior to the IUD my gf took the pill and I wore condoms. Periods happened like clockwork and even after a couple of hiccups there were no mishaps (pregnancies). She has had an IUD for over a year now and I never wear condoms... No mishaps (knock on wood ) and she only has a light period which varies but usually only happens about every 3 months. It's been a great choice for us and hope that it continues this way.

Non-hormonal IUD. Makes my period crazy, but oh-so-worth it.

Snip snip!
Of course that only works if you've decided kids are out.
Did I mention its painless too! I never felt a thing while he was in the Operating Room!!! Buy him a bag or two of frozen peas - he'll love you for it.

We use condoms and oral contraceptives...doesn 't hurt to double up! (contraception in general, NOT condoms!!)
I use Safyral brand of birth control, which I believe is the generic version of Yaz. As you may have heard, Yaz has caused problems in a lot of people--depression, health problems, etc. For me, I have had no problems at all with it, but be cautious and aware of your body!

We use natural family planning and withdrawal. I can't do the pill, and we have problems with condoms. 8 years, 1 planned baby and no oops babies....It works for us!

I've been on Ocella for awhile. I haven't minded it too much other than the monthly 3 day migraines I've been getting. But I've also been crazy moody lately, so we are switching back to condoms for a little while to try to figure out if the hormonal pill is the cause. Plus, yay for no migraines for a bit!
