Just to clarify my earlier post. I do not advocate that genetic natal females use a chemical depilatory in their special area and I'd urge extreme caution for any male considering it! I had to teach myself how to do it safely via careful experimentation. The skin there is so thin and tender, anywhere from a mild to severe chemical burn is at risk and even done the way I do it tends to dry the skin very badly (hence the neosporin ointment and premarin cream). To anyone in wonder of rotary epilators (RO), I used them diligently for over 15 years prior to getting my VISS IPL unit a few months ago and I still use RO to clear yet un-VISSed stragglers on my face and elsewhere. One would have to be masochistically out of their mind to try a RO on male genitalia (LittlePinkie and her purse for me)! I did get very proficient at using RO right up to the very edge of LP&p but I'd advise one not try that at home either as loose skin and RO is a dangerous combination. Although I had a long period of getting used to RO on my [almost] entire body, once I had made a minor science out of it, ROs to me have been the greatest body hair remover since sliced bread-uh, no,-make that: since laser or intense pulsed light. Yet here again, my rave of RO use for females is for non-genital body hair only (pre-treat with VEET Velvette Pre-Epilating Comfort Spray or air drying equivalent; nothing lotion or greasy) and never use an RO where it could catch even one loose scalp hair!
