Just curious as to what everyone does for storage. Do you spend a lot of money on a souped up storage box just for toys? Or are you like me and just throw them in a tote? Do you keep them in the original packaging? How important is storage to you?
What do you use for storage?

I personally have to say that it depends on the toy for me, if it is something porous I keep it in the OP by itself. Most of my toys came with pouches, so they are in those in the tote. I always have an empty diaper wipes box for the smaller stuff. I think it's time to get another tote though... I am running out of room!

It depends for us. Some things we keep in their packaging, but then it still needs to go in a drawer. We actually turned my husband's underwear drawer into a toy drawer and had him relocate all his undies LOL. Some things I have in a storage box and then a few stay in my nightstand too. They're just all over our bedroom in several hidden locations.

The toys I use regularly go in two sets of plastic storage drawers. I also have others that I keep in a storage tote that don't get used as often and a few that due to material or package quality, stay in their original containers.

We usually use Sugar Saks, then store the Saks in drawers or a closet. My Man's videos are on a shelf in his closet, with clothes in front of them. He never closes his closet, so it's best to keep clothes in front of them. I also have my Wahl in a nice make up bag, and unfortunately my Hitachi is still in the box. I can't find anything big enough to store it in except a leather flogger case, and that's not in the budget right now. I also want something that I can hang the cord out of so I can leave it plugged in and

I have one of those plastic storage things from Target I keep most of my toys in now. I have to many for them all to fit in my drawer. If the toy doesn't come with a storage pouch I usually keep it in its original packaging, unless it's hard plastic since those don't usually attract lint.

i checked underwear drawer - but that's not quite right. I use the whole drawer for all the toys (that fit) - no underwear - but I do have a towel that cushions and covers them - to minimize the clanking of glass and steel!

I use the Husky Aluminum Toolbox as seen here: link
I got it at Home Depot but haven't seen it sold anymore, maybe it's discontinued? It's also on Amazon under a different name.
I also have a cheapie plastic toolbox i had for years, what it was for originally I don't know. But I'm out of room in it, so now I need a 3rd toolbox or something, lol.

I use...
Two Devine Playchests, a Devine Satchel, Two Toi Tissue Boxes, Two Original Toi Boxes, three plastic drawered carts of different dimensions from Target and an over the door shoe holder with 24 pockets.
*pant pant pant*
I'm rabbid about keeping things organized how I want them and for easiest finding of what I want, when I want it, though.

I am using the plastic tubs that are stacked together with drawers i love it. i do want to get a toi box.

Sometimes we get some boxes at our work that are pretty cool, so I have 3 or 4 pretty cool small boxes.

Currently we use a custom-made headboard/cabinet and a drawer in the dresser, plus we have a few items out in plain sight. For individual toys, we use everything from Ziploc bags and cloth drawstring sacks to the original packaging the toy came in.

I have toys in a big tote box in their original boxes, some are in drawers, and I'm waiting on my Divine Playchest to arrive!

I like and want those but sadly all the ones I find are see-through. Big no-no when i want things hidden.

Lol... my goal is to have as many toys as you one day! Are the playchests/ toi boxes big? The ones I remember looking at didn't seem to be able to hold too much; that is a great idea with the over the door shoe thing!

I have a see through one, but I keep it on the top shelf in my closet. I have been brainstorming what to do for more cover though. My son is only 9 months old now, but he doesn't grow slow that's for sure. It's just me, him and the cat so I don't really worry about being too discreet atm, but I think I should start thinking about that early.

I use a makeup traincase that locks. I want to get a Devine Playchest soon though, just because it's prettier. I also have a cardboard box on the shelf in my closet with the toys I don't use.

I've got locking video cabinets that I use for much of it, plus walmart 3 drawer totes and a few other cabinets. I need some more locking cabinets, for sure.

All of the above. I have things on my shelf in my closet, I sometimes keep my harness and prosthetic in my underwear drawer, I have things hung up behind my door, I have them in little boxes in my closet, I put things in my armoire....you get the point.
Basically, things are places all around my room.

Currently using a loose-photo box for the sil-a-gel stuff and condoms for them (it smells like a Strawberry Shortcake scented doll whenever I open it), and an old make-up case for the rest (1990's Caboodles look silly, but useful). I would like to eventually get a multi-drawer bedside table for my things; both boxes are just sitting next to my bed.

Ah okay. It's just my dad and I. No kids (don't want any). But we all know how dads can be.

I have a Tunti Lighted Boudoir toy case and am still awaiting delivery of a Devine Play Chest. I would eventually like to have the Toibocks Original Toi Box and Tissue Holder as well.
Until my Devine Play Chest arrives, I have the toys I will be placing in it stored in a canvas tote (each toy inside the tote is protected by its own toy pouch -- though my two VixSkin products are in their original packaging, as is my husband's Tenga Flip Hole).

I have a Devine Playchest and a couple clear plastic containers. I think I may get another Devine Playchest and put everything in the two chests.

They're quite big. In this picture, every toy in there is full size and there's room for more depending on how you stack it all...

Jenn has a great photo on her blog of all the stuff she fits in hers.

I have a Devine Playchest, and I absolutely love it. Anything that gets used regularly goes in there. Absolute favorites go in the nightstand drawer. I have another chest (not designed specifically for toys) where I keep everything else-- lubes, accessories, toys that don't get used much, cuffs, ticklers, etc.

I currently use a basket by my bed, and a door rack (for floggers and what not), we refer to the basket as the sex basket
