I have the majority of my toys in individual baggies that I pile into an XL sugar sak, then I lock that up in a Vaultz box I got at office max. I also got the pink corset Divine toy box for my favorites, and I keep them in seprate toy bags. I also have a Vaultz pencil box for my bottle of lube, toy cleaner, and batteries. I love Carrie Ann's use of a shoe holder , cute idea.
What do you use for storage?

I thought about a toy chest, but we have a lock box that works perfectly and no one asks about, lol.

I use an overnight bag but I keep as many as possible in the original packaging. That way its easy to grab and go.

Just curious as to what everyone does for storage. Do you spend a lot of money on a souped up storage box just for toys? Or are you like me and just throw them in a tote? Do you keep them in the original packaging? How important is storage to you?

I don't currently have a huge collection, so right now I have all my stuff in a pink tool box. It holds a lot of my toys. I think I am outgrowing my current little box. I think i might need a new one

I use a regular old storage box/container/bin. Black. Works out for me pretty well because I have the bin sitting next to all my comic book collection, which so happens to be in storage boxes as well. Great nerd camo, haha.

We keep most of our toys locked in a dedicated toy chest(mechanics tool box) in our playroom.

Storage is absolutely neccesary. I use storage bags and then keep them put away from the element until Im ready to use them.

I have to say, this is truly the most badass way to store your toys EVER and it speaks to my blue collar heart.

my liberator ramp stays it it original packaging, however everything else is in a tote box. I am however going to invest in a locking box due to the fact I have 3 really nosy teenage sons that like to get all into and have something to say about their father and my personal business.

Ahh! Hardcore. That would even go with my dungeon, er, bedroom decor.

At a consignment store I saw some nice, vintage "treasure chests" perhaps meant for kids' toys. It didn't have any shelving or anything special, but that would be a fun DIY project. I plan to snag one, add some compartments, and Mod-Podge vintage porn clippings onto it in collage form.
I wanted a Devine box from here, but the price for everything I own is a little much. I'd need a couple.

I have a huge faux-leather trunk that I bought from Target when I first started reviewing. It's honestly big enough to fit two or three small children inside. Currently it's filled to the brim.. I need to clean out my toychest. I really do want a Devine Playchest though. Not for permanent storage, but to keep the items I'm currently reviewing easily accessible/movable.

Right now I have things hanging in an old purse in my closet. I would move it to my underwear drawer, but I have so little space in my dresser as-is that it wouldn't be worth it.
03/11/2011
We each have a drawer in our nightstands that hold our faves. Plus we have a large suitcase in the closet and plast bin.
03/11/2011
I have two sets of sterilite drawers for storage.
03/11/2011
Fave products go in a little set of pull out drawers next to the bed, ones I really like but don't always go to are in the dresser drawer, things I'm iffy on go in the "retry" bin under the bed. Things I hate go in the giant blue bin - the "banish bin of despair".

right now my entire top dresser drawer is taken up, but i'm saving up to get a big storage bench/ottoman to go at the foot of my bed, i figure it will be seemingly classy enough!

Underwear drawer, Original Packaging, an EF bag that was scent to me, plastic zip lock bags, No storage BOX, but a bag.... All in my room.
03/19/2011
Night stand or a bin but I am about to invest in a case with a lock. My collection is overtaking me!
03/19/2011
For the most part I use a little basket that I keep under my bed. I like it because it's easy and it's lint free for the silicone toys that i have...Plus, it's nice to pull it out and choose!

I have a huge vault box that has a combo lock. It came with a smaller box, which is where I keep the smaller vibes, but I just keep the smaller box in the bigger box since there is so much room in there anyways. I'm not going to be filling it to the top anytime soon. I keep all my lubes, dildos, and vibes in there.

Ah, the inevitable question of storage. I use the top drawer of my nightstand, but I have this sneaking suspicion that I'm going to end up collecting more than will fit unless I empty out the other more normal things that go in there.
Michaels has some really neat boxes for hats that I've been eyeing, but they don't lock. And I dread the idea of being asked "cool box! What's in it?" by my all too snoopy friends.
To be fair, I do it to them too. But I'm the one hiding sex toys. D:

I keep everything in a duffel bag. I place smaller items inside of a makeup bag that I keep inside the duffel bag.
It's almost full and is really heavy, so I'm going to look around for some other storage solutions soon.

Lol. They've taken they've taken over the underwear drawer.

storage box, it looks nicer and on the plus side it is great decoration

Poll answers are a bit tight! I got 2 drawers, a basket on the bottom shelf and the trunk of my bed (what's the name of that when you can lift up the sleeping part and there is a storage area underneath).
05/22/2011
I keep all of mine in a translucent white and lime green toolbox that I got at WalMart. There's a yellow and white combination lock on the front to keep it securely closed. The toys themselves are encased in make-up bags I found at Ross for like $8. The make-up bags are made of a vynil-plasticy material and don't accumulate lint on my toys.
I place the whole thing under my bed. It's quite heavy now. ^^;;;;

I have no need to store mine since I live alone and rarely have company. If I was going to have company I would just hide it under the blanket on the bed.

Most of my toys go in my Devine Lace Toy Box, although that is starting to get a little full (plastic and pure silicone toys sit together in the box without any issue, while tiny toys of other materials go in little plastic baggies). My Bent Graduate stays in its storage pouch, and I've got a couple of strap-on clitoral vibes laying around in small bags. I just ordered a Spur Vixskin, which I'm probably going to keep in its original packaging since I've heard it's a tad more delicate than most silicone, but otherwise I don't bother to keep packaging. Broken/hated toys go in the Box of Shame, an old makeup box that used to be my main storage place before my collection began growing.
I'm saving up for a Devine Playchest next, because that'll be big enough to keep most of my toys together even if they're individually kept in smaller packages.
