I could never be a vegan. I just don't have it in me.
Are you a vegan?

WHITEMIKE
I have canine teeth designed for ripping flesh from the bone. I use them for their intended purpose. Meat it's what's for dinner.

i was a vegetarian for six years. i had to start eating meat again because it caused a severe iron deficiency, which almost killed me. i got over the worst part about 6 months ago, but i'm still slightly anemic. i'm getting a lot better tho. at this point it's no where near life-threatening.

Love my meats too much to give them up, especially fish.

I've been a vegetarian for probably around 8 years. I love a lot of vegan food and have several vegan cookbooks, however.

I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I will only have milk & eggs.
My general rule for eating is, I will not touch it's flesh if it has (or had) eyes, with the expection of potatoes.

I'm actually a pesco-vegetarian at the moment, because I'm too poor to live off fish and tofu alone :/

I like eating meat to much

I'm an omnivore. I don't eat a whole lot of meat to begin with, but I don't avoid it.

Vegan isn't that healthy in all honesty. I am a pseudo vegetarian. I eat VERY little meat and mostly just poultry. I am not a vegetarian because of some great moral and ethical agenda but because eating meat makes me sick lol.

I'm a vegetarian. The reason: if you love animals - don't eat them, if you eat - don't say that you love them.

My husband is a meat and potatoes type person, so by default the rest of us end up eating meat most of the time. Personally, I prefer a vegetarian diet as opposed to eating meat, but the hubby is not giving up meat and does the main grocery shopping around here, so we eat what he buys. My son will more than likely remain a meat eater for as long as his conscience allows because he really enjoys meat right now, but our daughter dislikes pretty much all meat and usually only eats her fruits and veg and I see her hitting vegetarian status in a few years.

I'm a vegetarian. Glad to see you had that on the list too. Everyone always assumes I'm vegan when I tell them I'm vegetarian..

Vegan is a tough lifestyle to adapt to, in my opinion. I'll stick with omnivore.

I was a vegetarian for many years. I got terrible cravings for meat when I was pregnant with my first child, and in my heart, I knew my cravings were telling me something. Also, My Man is an obnoxious carnivore, so it would have been difficult. I went back to some meat (not a lot) and my pregnancy nausea resolved in a matter of a day or less. Evidently I was missing something. I do believe in eating what your body tells you to.
I don't eat any dairy (with the exception of butter sometimes) as no mammal NEEDS milk after weaning (and before weaning that milk should be the milk of it's own species) and I only use eggs in baking and cooking.
