Sooo... I don't know what time mother's day is for most of you, but here in Australia it is coming up pretty quickly. I don't really know what my mum wants for mothers day, but I seem to get her something similar every year.

I've been thinking that if there was ever a gift she might actually have a great time with, it would be a great vibrator. As far as I know she doesn't use one. She's not internet savvy and I can't see her venturing into a sex shop. I can imagine mothers buying their teen daughters a vibe. But in general I've never had a relationship like that with my mum. I'm not meant to imagine my parents as sexual beings, am I? I don't even know if my dad would be happy about my mum getting a vibe, and he'd probably wonder where she'd got it, lol! I voted no, but now that gift card idea seems completely feasible...

I found my mom's vibrator when I was little (don't ask; long story short, it ended up in a Barbie dress) so I know there must be something going on there... but the idea of having a conversation with my prim and proper mom about this makes me lock doors and hide under covers. I always tell myself, 'they are humans, they have the same needs as everyone else,' but once they start talking sex I immediately, almost uncontrollably dart out of the room.
