Since you're a new reviewer, you can only write "Not Assigned reviews", here's the related information provided in the Review Guidelines:

"These are reviews submitted by contributors who already own the product, no matter where they bought it. These can be done by anyone at any time, whether you're Basic or Advanced level. These reviews are automatically published live on the site when you submit them. They will receive an editorial rating and occasionally some editing if there is serious misinformation; however, they are not verified reviews."

There's no need to pay attention to that "Pricing Guidelines For Choosing Products" screen, it's outdated information that's not applicable to anyone. Please message me if you need additional info.

Hey girls and guys I am new to this site and have been reviewing on Amazon for a little while. I have completed my 3rd review. (waiting on it to be published) Just wondering if you girls and guys have tips after I submit to become and advanced reviewer. What forums or actions I should take to try and improve my change of getting votes? Any help would be gladly appreciated thanks for your time!!

I would only suggest what you, or any reviewer, should do in the review to earn higher ratings. Put yourself in a new toy user's shoes. What would you want to know before you buy a toy? If I'm the shopper, I will want to know every little detail about the toy. I'd prefer the reviewer to provide all the actual measurements and functions (if any) in the review — pretend there isn't a product page available! The reviewer's personal experience with the toy is also very important (you're doing great at that!). By the way, try to use the "extended format" when you write your future reviews, it guides you along on what to include.

Also, it's crucial to know everything about your item before you review it! I recently came across a review where the reviewer couldn't even distinguish the difference between a speed indicator light and a control button, or exactly how many control buttons the toy has on the panel! Sigh!

I agree with Rossie. Give a guided tour of the item, pretending that the person reading the review has little to no exposure to the toy. Be sure to include your opinions of function, but don't leave out the factual information.

And -- make it concise, don't repeat yourself a ton if you can help it!
