I can't imagine a judge admitting that as genuine evidence, unless the condoms had "for my johns" written on them. I think this is being blown a little bit out of proportion.

As much as I hate to bring up gender, I have to wonder if the cops are only taking condoms from women and not men. Sex-workers come in all flavours, after all. If there's a higher percentage of women getting their condoms taken away, to me, it shows that the police believe women shouldn't buy condoms.
