Knowing this, would you be willing to work there?

I don't think I could because my cheeks would just hurt so much at the end of the day.
No, I couldn't even do it as a waitress being all fake and happy ugh

I would be willing to work there if I had to but I doubt they'd hire me. I'm too cynical to work at Disneyland, hahaha!

I would love to work at Disney, but I dont think I fit their "image". Plus I think I'd keel over from heat stroke . We haven't been to Disney World yet, but one day we plan on taking the kids

Depends a lot on where you work. Some places you don't have to smile, but you'll be doing behind the scenes manual labor. Debatable if that's better

I don't have a large natural smile, and giving a big smile tends to hurt my face. I work as a server now, and of course I always make an effort to smile on the floor, but at least when I go back onto the server aisle I can drop it and give my face a rest.

if it's a constant smile plastered on my face, no - they look so fake.

At my job I'm already expected to always smile! It wouldn't be a change. I live a long way away from Disney World, though, so I don't think it'll happen

yea, without a doubt, smiling isn't that big of a deal, and you only have to smile your whole shift if you're on stage your whole shift

I wholeheartedly, one hundred percent agree.

And quite honestly, when you're at your job, you're more than likely dealing with customers or at the very least coworkers, and it's important to maintain a professional, welcoming attitude.
