So, what's in your purse? Do you carry lots of stuff with you, or do you travel light?

I think we all know a person who carries a ton of stuff around with them everyday, so this list is much longer that the wallet one. Please mention something you really think someone, or you, carry around in your purse, that I missed!

I thought I had included "other", along with a "I don't carry a purse" option, but somehow they didn't get put in with the others.

It wouldn't let me go back & add any more choices, so that's why I asked people to include their "other" items in a comment.

But, I can't believe I didn't make an option for "weapon", thanks for mentioning it!

Oh jeeeez... Well right now I'm carrying my small purse so it doesn't fit as much. Just wallet, rewetting drops for my contacts, regular eye drops for when I'm not wearing contacts, a granola bar, a pen, and panty liners. But when I go to work I carry a tote with me that is just out of control... It is known to have any number of the following: book, drawing pad, pads, water, granola bars, other snacks, a fork or spoon, Huslter, Playboy, porn, phone charger, lunch or dinner, sunglasses, and anything else I might require. Most people probably don't carry around porn but I work in a sex shop and it regularly travels to and from work with me...

LOL @ the umbrella. That must be one big purse. Lol.

It depends for me. I sometimes have nail polish & things like small items (toys) for the kids & sometimes my Kindle, but these things are only in there if we're going somewhere specific & I plan to use them. I sometimes stuff my camera in too, but again, only if needed.

Food sometimes if we just left my favorite buffet (hey, I can't help it. I love Chinese donuts & egg rolls, so I never waste!) or I'm carrying takeout in the house to eat later.

Cell phone, sunglasses (if I forget to leave em' in my car), post-its & a pen, lip glosses, mini bottle of Maximus lubricant & my Vitality & Noa are always in my purse.

The post-its & pen are always in there for when I'm in public & I need to do some business & leave little letters here & there. I like to give my opinions!

Sewing stuff sometimes, not often. Jewelry only if I had to take it off for whatever reason... Such as when I make my own and it breaks on me. That happens often. Lol. Then I put it in my purse, but I don't store it there.

The only cosmetic type stuff is the lip glosses & little hair clips in case my side bangs are in the way. Finger nail clippers are always in there because it's a bitch to need those when you aren't around any! Lol. Tanning lotion incase I'm going to the tanning bed. I hate deciding to go last minute & not having my lotion. I usually just keep the small sizes in my purse & leave the large bottle in my car.

other than my wallet, I try not to leave home without cellphone, hand sanitizer, a travel hairbrush, and a few OTC drugs (think diarrhea medicine....one of my worst fears!). If I'm going to be out longer I will also pack a water bottle and granola bar, and probably my travel knitting (a sock usually)!

Quite a bit! I'm surprised I'm the first one to answer "condoms." I have a small metal condom case that I love, even if I don't use condoms regularly. It's nice to keep some on hand when we're out and about.

It depends on how long I'll be outside. If I spend the day outside, I'll need more: an umbrella, drinks, books, sunscreen, etc.
If I'm just going to work, I bring some food so I don't have to spend money and if it's raining an umbrella, if the sun is out another pair of glasses (sunglasses.) Depends on the situation.
