03/25/2013
I have.. =X ... I don't anymore though. I've learned my lesson.

stolen a few small things here and there
03/25/2013
hm, I admit to taking a piece of candy from the bulk bins every now an then, but that's about it!

I stole when I was in 2nd grade and took a toy from the classroom. But that's it!!
03/25/2013
Nope, I haven't. I was surprised at the poll results.

So, when I was like 2-3 years old we went inside a 7-ll. While I was waiting for my mom to pay for gas, I saw candy in buckets on the bottom shelf. So I reached in and grabbed some because they looked yummy. My mom noticed I randomly had gummy worms and made me bring it back to the cashier. I never forgot it and I haven't stolen since.
03/26/2013
No, I would never do that.

I absolutely refuse to steal and I frown upon people who do so, especially from independent or small businesses. There are plenty of ways of getting things for less than full price without stealing.

Same thing happened to me. I don't really count that as stealing though.

Not really on purpose... I once got out Wal-Mart with my multiple bags-o-stuff and found that the little umbrella I was buying had gotten wedged into the side of the cart and was never paid for. I was too lazy to take it back in and pay.
I used to hate it when shoplifters came into my work, you could always tell who they were but you can't stop them unless you see them. They won't steal things for survival either it stuff like pain killers or condoms- that was a big one. It is very insulting and usually makes the store clerks really upset.

not deliberately but ...
have had quite a few situations while in building supply stores specifically where I take a whole bundle of product and they only scan and charge me for one piece when they should have scanned each individual piece. (so like getting 50 for the price of 1) I noticed and just didn't say anything. So yes technically that's stealing, but if I was ever questioned on it I would have just played stupid and paid for the rest because I actually was willing to to begin with.

I never did that.
03/26/2013
I can't say that I ever have. Product of having a father who was a cop while I was growing up.
03/26/2013
Nope I was the one who would get caught ... And I knew it was wrong.... Plus I'm chicken....

Went through a bit of a phase in high school. Stole food from the cafeteria (my parents refused to give me money to buy lunch and wanted me to bring a lunch box, but it made me feel like a loser so I refused), took some money to buy lunch from a fundraiser for a field trip that I wasn't going on a couple times (I know, even then I felt shitty about that), and I stole some stuff on a trip to Disney! Some candy, a little jade egg, a keychain... Major criminal, I was...
03/26/2013
Not that I remember but there is that grey area of my youth that I wouldn't count it out but I really don't remember ever stealing.
03/26/2013
I've never stolen anything, I would be way too afraid I would get caught.
03/26/2013
I have never shoplifted.
03/26/2013
I used to steal all the time when I was under 18. I knew I wouldn't go to jail so I just took advantage of it as much as possible lol sometimes I still steal food if I can't afford it.
03/26/2013
I lifted something once when I was young but felt bad and brought it back 10 minutes later.
03/26/2013
I stole some bunny stickers when I was 4. I reeeeally wanted them. haha
