My guilty pleasure used to be Glee, but I quit. Cold turkey.
Do you have guilty TV pleasures?

TrueBlood. Complete guilty pleasure. Can't help it; love it.

I don't watch TV much, but I'm guilty of watching some TV series online... I'm totally hooked up on Pretty Little Liars and Switched at Birth

I don't watch much TV, and when I do it's usually something on the Discovery, History, or Science channels. Documentaries are my favorite, but it seems that now even these "educational channels" are investing in reality TV: Man vs Wild, Survivor Man, The Colony, etc. And while I try my best to avoid this stuff (which I consider to be, by and large, bullshit), it's becoming increasingly difficult to do so. What's worse, I've found myself watching such shows and actually kinda enjoying them.
So, I confess, there are some crappy shows that I keep up with. My guilty TV pleasures include LA Ink, Say Yes to the Dress, Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, and Project Runway. I might watch those, but I absolutely draw the line at Toddlers & Tiaras, all of the "Real" Housewives, and any reality-TV-date-for-ma rriage show.

I'm not naturally inclined to "love to hate". I only watch what I like.

Glee, definitely. I love it, hate it, and love to hate it.

I chose other because I don't really watch TV anymore, unless my mom forces me to watch one of her reality tv shows with her. However, I do tend to watch only one channel whenever my TV is actually on: The Investigation Discovery (ID)channel which actually calls itself a guilty pleasure. I'm into forensics and crime documentaries, so that entire channel is right up my alley just because of it's subject matter.

Toddlers and Tiaras would be my biggest guilty pleasure
It's like a car wreck...I just can't look away...

I used to watch Wife Swap with my mom all the time, & now whenever I go visit her, we always end up watching My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding episodes that she DVRed for me.

I don't believe in guilty pleasures tv. I won't watch anything I'm not willing to admit to watching, and if I want to watch it that badly, it must not be complete crap and therefore I should be able to stand behind my decision.
I loathe any show that features squabbling of any kind, it's unbearable. Other than that, to each her own.
