Just curious what your limit is for purchasing a toy.
How much is too much for a toy?

I used to say my limit was anything above 50, but then I met Mimi and Uma. Now, honestly, if the reviews are good I'll try just about anything. If I could afford a $200 toy that had amazing reviews you can get I would buy it.

I have the Eleven and the Intensity, so over $200 for me.

It's really hard to set a limit, I'll pay as long as the toy is worth its price.

I think over $100 is a lot.

I voted for $200+ but I rather mean $300+, simply because with points anything if affordable...
$300+ is something I would spend on only if there is nothing like it at all in its category, and something I badly want of course... ^^

If I have points, then anything is possible. But oop, I think $150+.

im worth up to 199.99 after that it better be earth shattering technology

I agree as long as I have points to help me!
02/19/2012
It really depends on the toy and how much I want it.
02/19/2012
I put the cutoff at about $80, but I'll rethink it with my newfound discounts...
02/19/2012
I find that the higher the price, the more I wold have to research and look into the toys.

It's hard to say here because so many people use points. And really it depends in your disposable income. Talking real money, I wouldn't spend over $75. I have friends that make millions and wouldn't have a limit. Then I have friends that wouldn't spend more than $25.

over 100 is getting to be a bit much, but it depends on what your getting i got the Wevibe, which is wonderful but i didnt work for us, vibrations are too much for him. so it was too much to be worth it, im looking into the share now, which is a bit pricy
02/19/2012
But for one that is worth it I will spend the money.

If you can afford it, and it brings you or your partner pleasure, and you want that toy I don't see anything being too expensive. Having said that I believe in being an informed shopper!

I have this like permanent mental block on spending a lot of money at one time lol. I can never go out and spend like $200 in one sitting i just can't bring myself to do it. Good luck when i need to buy something huge like a car huh? lol
02/20/2012
As long as it is worth the price, I'd say around 200.
02/20/2012
I've spent $240 in actual cash for a dildo, but I'd easily pay more for something I thought was grand.
02/20/2012
Nothing is too much if you have the money to spare and it makes a difference in your sexual health.
02/20/2012
$125-$150, unless it was something really exceptional.
02/20/2012
Most of my toys are around the $100-200 range. I'd like to try the Jopen Intensity to see if it would help my body and that's over $200. If it aids in my quest for g-spot exploration and actually works then it will be worth it.

I said that 125-150 is my cutoff, but now that I think about it, it's more like 100, maybe less. I get toys with sales, points, and reviews, so I'm losing my sense of my Real Money price limits.
Generally, anything more than $75 (cash) is too much for even an incredible vibrator. Those suckers don't last forever.
I'm much more willing to drop $100 for a toy that could last years and years and years, like a glass or metal toy (think Pure Wand). I REALLY want the Smooth S Shape wooden dildo, but I cringe at the idea of a $139 toy (even in points) that no one can confirm the longevity of. Sigh.

I have the Intensity, I said 200, but I think that $500 would most likely be my limit.
02/20/2012
It REALLY depends on the toy and how much I personally think it's worth, but generally I stick to less than 100/150ish.
02/22/2012
The idea of spending over a 100 for a toy is really more than I can afford. That's why the points system is really nice, it allows me to be able to get something I normally wouldn't be able too.
02/23/2012
Im pretty cheap, so not sure really.
