I wonder if maybe submissions could be voted on and the winner/s posted on Eden Cafe for a GC like an article. I think it could be great for both, it would not only give the winner a bit of extra exposure and the GC but I think it might also attract more people to the Cafe blog on a regular basis.

Unless you want total criticism

Readers are also welcome to these meetings, just throwing that out there. Now no one wants to hear a bunch of criticism about their work from someone who isn't willing to share theirs but we can all USE that criticism to elevate our talents. Besides if a lurker is here long enough he/she might just get the courage to write something amazing. We wouldn't want to miss that!

So I am wnodering about the next meeting being on V Day as well with Lauren.

So there will be 3 topics, 2 of which we can choose from?

And a max of 1 story per topic?

Can this be fiction or non fiction?

And will this be of a certain theme? Like does it have to be erotica, or can it be an erotica, and an article type thing?

I am all for writing psychology type stuff, but I would like to mix the two. I am not certain if I am clear on the free form style thing or what is really going on with what exactly we are writing lol.

It might be hard to do that right away since we don't have a set style etc. But I love this idea for the future!

We have a lot of these same ideas! We need to get the club rolling first, but keep that in mind!!!

We are gonna start out small and see what happens but definitely for the future we can see about some sort of contests and such. For now we are looking just for some feedback and to get into the swing of things, ya know?

He won't tell me lol. I just told him about this for next month and he said "Yea, you won't be attending" with a cute smirk on his face. He won't budge on details because he knows I LOVE surprises. It's the timing of the meeting that makes it not work. It would be the same 7pm et right?
