I have everything that you find in common recipes, evoo, butter/margerine, vegetable oil...
What fats do you use in your kitchen?

Extra virgin olive oil for seasoning, rice bran oil for cooking. I do use butter once in a while, but try to avoid it as much as possible.

I mainly use organic canola oil from my local co-op but occasionally I will buy EVOO.

I do cook with Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Spread and it's yummy also!

Olive oil, canola oil, and butter. Oh, and whatever is in PAM cooking spray.

I have olive oil almost everyday on raw spinach. I live in a city that has a store that sells flavored olive oils. Makes eating salads a lot more enjoyable!

We use veggie oil and butter. We like to bake!
