You're at it! We hold meetings in the threads here on the forum. Tonight's meeting will take place here in this thread. To see each post as it's added you will need to refresh your page periodically (hint: on most PCs the F5 button will refresh the page)

Edit: sexyintexas is obviously faster than I am at typing

Hint: Gnocchi is better when the potatoes are left a little chunky..and use white pepper

I agree about the gnocchi being better when the taters are chunky. I pass them through my coarse sieve on my ricer.

how do you taste the potatoes.. Sorry it's an Idaho thing.. I'm so going to make this I indulged this morning on Betty Crocker Brownies and Cookies and Cream Ice Cream.. I serioulsy think you read my mind with this one.

Good potato advice! I wouldn't have known that.

Mostly, since Vaccinium's leading the meeting, he'll describe his recipe and show us pictures. We can interrupt with questions or tips any time we like, though. Have fun with us!

I can't wait. I have never made this. I don't even know if I have eaten it but my hubby is excited about it. He will be home tommorow and already expects it this weekend.

Weekends are the best time to do this. Although it is an easy recipe, making the gnocchi takes some time.

Just about it seems. I'm in the Chicago suburbs, and we've been getting fun thunderstorms every night this week it seems. Woke me up a few times last night, lol.
