My husband always wanted to get toys for me and I was very shy about it and hesitant. About five or six years ago, I just gave in and the rest is history! I am more into them than he is now, I think. Okay, maybe not, we're about equal in interest, but I can't believe all those years I lost.

With my last partner, I did, but we were both on the same page about it and kind of had been expecting to talk about it. With my current partner, I'll probably be the one to, and I'm not sure how he'll take it. We'll see what happens!

I was interested in them, but I think we were discussing them and he asked if I'd let him use one on me and then I told him how I'd like to. He did and then I started buying more and more and experimenting more and more and now he uses them on me all the time. The conversation wasn't awkward or embarrassing at all and I get shy easily. This was 5 years ago, but I had expected it to be extremely humiliating from what I'd read in stupid mags like cosmo. Ugh! Lol. So by the time the convo came up I wasn't even nervous.
