I live at home, but I don't really feel the need to "hide" them.
I have most of them in the EF tote in my closet. I keep packaging in a cardboard box in another closet.
I keep my MiMi box and Leaf bag on my bed, though (I'm one of those people who thinks a bed is a desk - so I just keep stuff in a corner on my bed), out in the open. Ella is in the ditch beside my bed (um, this is also a totally legit storage space I use) along with two lubes.
Meh. I'm of adult age and it's not like I've brought something illegal into the house so I don't really bother to "hide" it. It's not IN YOUR FACE DICKS ALL OVER, but I'm sure my mom knows. *shrug*
To "hide" them, big superstores have a lot of nice big plastic tubs and some pretty cardboard ones. I make bug houses out of them, but I could probably fit most of my toys, if not all, in the 5 gallon one I have - and it doesn't take up a lot of room.

The ones I don't use all the time are in a shoe box at the top of my closet out of reach of my kiddo's. The others are in my lingerie drawer.

I am not hiding them as much as storing them in a convenient, private location, but I have a big storage trunk where I keep all of my toys. It has a lock on it, so there is not a risk of anyone snooping (unless they are snooping for the key).

i have a plastic shoe box that i keep in my lingerie drawer. Eden has toy boxes! you should seek one out, they even have number locks on them

Don't really need to hide them. But more for storage and dust. I have them in a container. But one of my orders I will be getting a box from EF.

My go to toys sit in a pretty box on my bedside table. Or if I'm lazy, just sprawled on the table.
Everything else is scattered about. They're stored, but not exactly hidden.

Most of them just live in the bottom drawer of my nightstand. Larger ones go in one the cupboards over the bed. It's not so much "hiding" as storage.

They are only semi-hiding but through thee room. I used to be careful about really hiding them but after my mother accused me of own sex toys I DON’T own I figured what is the point of hiding them well if I'm just going to be falsely accused anyway.

I have 2 of the Original Toibocks on my nightstand. I also have a large plastic thing with the three drawers that I bought from Walmart, and that is in my closet.

i turned an old teddy bear, a polar bear actually, into a purse or bag, its got a trapazoid pouch inside with some of the stuffing removed and its got a zipper everyone thinks its just another stuffed animal in the corner of my bed but its filled with naughties!

I just keep mine in a plastic container. I usually store it in my bedside table.

I don't need to hide, but I don't like to have sex toys just laying out in the open for several reasons (risk of damage, don't want to freak out guests too much, etc).
But different types of toys don't all lend themselves well to the same type of storage. I keep my impact toys in a leather shoulder bag for easy transport. That's my toy bag for play parties. My cocks and harnesses sometimes ride in there too, but otherwise they stay in my dresser or a separate bag along with other insertables. Porous insertables get their own individual airtight bags. Rope stays bundled and has it's own drawer. Toys that have a discreet case (like Njoy) can sit nicely on a shelf.
Leather gear has it's own drawer too. I see a lot of folks who rig up elaborate wall hanging systems, and that's better if display is your priority, but I don't like to hang leather if I can avoid it because gravity will cause damage over time.

We use a small chest for our toys in a closet, so our toddler doesn't find them.
02/25/2012
I have a toddler and one about to start walking. I have mine in a zippered bag tucked away beside my bed. I am planning to get the Devine Playchest once it comes back but until then you can buy a locking makeup case and then nobody would know!!
02/25/2012
They are in our night stand. No real reason for us to hide them though.
02/25/2012
We have an extra "bedroom" that stays locked and contains all of our bdsm/sex toys.

In a plastic box under my bed
02/25/2012
I'm 19 and store all of my toys (a half dozen + lube, condoms and other goodies) in a plastic low-rise storage container under my bed. I keep everything individually packaged inside the box as well. All of my blankets are oversized and cover the bottom of my bed so no one can see a box under there. Here's a link to something similar to what I've got:
link
Now it's not locked, so that might be a problem for you. What it does do is keeps things from getting particles and such on them (especially with materials like silicone). My family is big on respecting privacy, so maybe this will help, maybe not so much.

I have all of my toys and batteries in an Eden Tote on top of a bookcase (turned around so all you see is the leaf side). My lubes and toy cleaner are also up there, turned around so you can't read them. My man's toys and our toys are in one of the boxes that EF shipped our stuff in here and my lingerie is also in one of these boxes.
02/25/2012
I don't "hide" my stuff to keep it from the people I live with, but I do keep it "hidden" from visitors. When I do need to keep them out of sight, they go in drawers near the bed.
02/25/2012
I live with others. I keep mine in a plastic bin under my bed. I used to keep them in a cardboard shoe box under my bed but I ran out of room.
02/25/2012
i live in a dorm, keep my stuff in a box under the bed.
02/25/2012
I have all of mine displayed in a large glass cabinet.
02/25/2012
I hide mine in one of this plastic bins underneath my bed (of course I cover the toys with a sheet so you wouldn't see what it is but a sheet)
02/25/2012
I have a large drawer in my bedside table for strictly sex toys.
For my BDSM toys I have a flogger case as well as a small duffle bag. (That doesn't include my rope bag-that's just rope)

No need to hide them to tell the truth, and if anyone ever saw any of them by accident I don't think I would be overly embarrassed... ~lol
