I just posted my first review, and was motivated to do so primarily by the points I'd receive by writing one.
Now that I've finished it and have had it posted, I'm thinking it was actually quite fun writing down my opinion of a product so others might read it and hopefully gain some insight on the item. I'm legitimately looking forward to being able to write more reviews on this site.

How about you guys? Did you write your first review for the points? Did you write it to simply give your opinion of the product? Did you write your first review before the points system was even in place?

(If lots of people started writing reviews primarily because of the points system, Edensfantasys truly developed a great system for themselves. It got lots of people to participate in the site who otherwise would have stayed rather inactive, such as myself. I think that's cool. Maybe I'm weird.) less
