I think it would only work if the guys are a BI couple or Bi-guys attracted to each other. 100% hetero guys will stay as far away from each other, you'll be a Chinese's finger cuff(men on either end). 100% hetero guys won't want to touch eachother "AT ALL" so (anal/vag) DP would probably not happen/be awkward or be short lived. The male/male/female experience isn't as good as it would seem.
