Soap and water after each use. For some toys we do a mixture of 90% water and 10% bleach, followed by soap and water. We do the bleach solution every once and awhile.

We always use soap and water before putting them away. If we are tired and want to go to bed, or will be using the toy again soon, we use an Eden Wipe. Gotta love the free wipes for those times.
