I'll get rid of things when they don't work well anymore but usually I don't get rid of things on a whim.
Do You "Retire" Toys?
11/06/2012
I like to take apart broken vibrating toys just to see what makes them tick. I'm kind of a geek like that.
11/07/2012
i toss mine away
11/08/2012
I throw out old or broken toys
11/08/2012
There is only a handful of toys I've actually thrown away.

My first egg is in it's last days, it has become too loud and the battery compartment is starting to fall off. But, I can't get rid of it, too nostalgic!

I do have retired toys as well. My first toy still sits in my box with the rest of mine, but I never use it. It stopped vibrating. My second toy ever is on its way to having the same fate. But I barely use them because my newer toys are more amazing.

keep most
11/08/2012
I get rid of old toy or things I don't use.
11/08/2012
yes
11/08/2012
So far, I haven't thrown out any toys.
I plan on it if they stop working/break, or if I get something better and they're simply not being used.

I throw them out if I don't use them or they are broken.

Most of them I keep. The bullets and vibrating eggs that I burned the motor up in are now buried in a landfill somewhere.

I was reorganizing my toy box today after a couple of new dildos arrived in the mail, and decided to put a couple of my least favorite toys in the Box of Shame, meaning that they'll eventually be thrown out. When I opened the Box, I found my first ever toy. It barely works anymore, and I was going to get rid of it, but nostalgia crept up on me and I decided to save it from such a fate, moving it elsewhere as a "retired" toy.
Has anyone else retired an old favorite? That is, keeping it without intention of really using it anymore. Maybe it doesn't work anymore, or is showing signs of wear, or just doesn't get used as much as it used it to. Or perhaps you just hate to throw stuff away. less

I throw out anything that's no longer useful to me. I don't like to keep a lot of stuff.

I keep all but the worst ones. They go

I toss old toys that are broken or never going to be used.

If a toy is broken or just grown boring I sell them to fans.

Once they break, I toss them out.
12/09/2012
If it doesn't work or it goes unused, then it goes away.
12/09/2012
there is only one or two I would keep for sentimental resons, but they still work too
12/09/2012
I like to keep all my toys that work, no matter how infrequently I use it. I only throw them away when they are showing signs of wear or don't work.

Still one of my fist vibrators from EF, the iVibe Wireless. It consistently ave me the big O in the beginning but alas it just doesn't last thu the tests of time. Still I ave fond memories of it, lets face it, I'm a collector; coins, holiday decorations, family history and now vibes.

Yes, eventually I end up getting rid of anything that doesn't do it for me any more. In most cases, toys tend to break or stop working before I'll get rid of them.
