Functionality is tied with cost usually, unfortunately I don't have $500 a month to spend on toys hahahah

All of the above depending on what we are looking for at the time.

Functionality and cost are the biggest for me but the other factors are all important. I always check out reviews to get a better idea of what I'm buying.

Usually it goes function, style, cost. Color is big for me too. I guess I'm shallow

I do a bit of all the above plus look at material because I am sensitive to most jelly, latex and rubber toys. If I trust the company I might try a rubber toy but I tend to stick to silicone, wood, metal, ceramic, stone and glass.
I am pretty knowledgeable about what I like in a toy now a days but before I looked for powerful vibrations, quiet motor and moderate price.

Functionality (big Vrooms) and size (bigger is better). You can't put a price on what you love!!

i look at functionality, cost and size. and also material! if it hits okay in the first three, but its low on the material safety scale, it gets elminated

I'd say style is the lowest on my list. I'm most concerned with cost, functionality and durability.

Function/cost/safety are the top three.

I've rejected so many toys because I saw the 1:1 actual size picture and cringed at how big they were.

Functionality is how I find the product, and if I can't afford it, obviously I can't buy it. Size is also a decision making factor. (Too big, no no!)

I always go by appearance first. What can I say, I do discriminate when it comes to toys sometimes . After that it's price...then material is the power of veto. if it's a low safety material, it's not going to be considered.

I do use a similar process--I think it's the same problem-solving approach I unconsciously use to make most of my decisions.

I also try to disclose my thought process when I write my reviews because I think it helps a potential buyer to know the options I was weighing, why I chose what I did, and whether it lived-up to my expectations (i.e. whether my assumptions were correct or how I would choose differently and what I learned for next time).

Functionality and Cost are the most important.

Usually style doesn't matter to me unless its really ugly, or it's got a face.
