Toy and partner is the extent of my experience, myself being the partner in these situations. We have tried leaving an immobile toy for anal while I penetrate and this seems to be one of the better solutions for her. Anything else requires some maneuvering into positions neither of us favor much, or at least get tiring devoting the arms to only working the toy.
