My husband and I are both on meds that delay orgasm. It becomes uncomfortable. Sometimes I fake it because when he thinks I'm coming he comes too.

I used to lie about it a little but only when my guy would specifically ask if I orgasmed, thinking that I had to in order to enjoy it. Sometimes I enjoy just doing it without a full blown orgasm, but now that he understands that we don't fake anything.
