Anal. I have virtually no gag reflex so deep throat isn't that difficult for me. Anal, however, is still an issue.

Deep throat is definitely harder. I don't have too much of a gag problem. The thing that bothers me most is when my husband's penis bumps on my uvula, and make it really dry and scratchy.

I just kind of went with it and did them both, despite the pain. Didn't try to learn them, and they were both sudden to do. So I guess I didn't exactly learn how to do them. Anal is painful often, but if someone is gentle and there's enough lube it can be nice. And deepthroating for me is fun

Deep throating, specifically when quick thrusting is involved.

It took a while to learn to DT. But, it wasn't difficult for me. I just had to learn how. I don't have much of a gag reflex anymore. Swallowing took me years, however.

My Man trained me how to have anal sex. It took a while, several months of work after literally years of gently trying to talk me into trying it. We took it slowly, found out what worked for us, and now we love it. Why I waited SO long to finally take the plunge, I will never know. My Man said he thinks I was afraid it would hurt or he would tear me. But, he was so gentle and understanding and I was actually in control the first few times completely, that I had nothing to fear.

It never hurt and I never tore. The first time I did bleed a little from anal sex, but there was NO pain. But I had already had 3 kids and had.... hemorrhoids, and I simply think that was the problem. Since then it's been smooth sailing. More lube and making sure I came before we started anal was the key for us. Using a dildo or vibe vaginally also made the first few times much easier. We still almost always perform anal sex with double penetration, because its just more exciting that way.

Things were easier with my ex because he had a much smaller dick than my husband who is over 8" and thick. I used to be able to deep throat easily and anal was not bad at all. Now, I can barely even give head to my hubby let alone deep throat because I get an instant jaw ache!

I don't think anal involves learning really. I guess you have to relax a bit, but there's a huge difference between that and something like deep throating, which actually takes a good deal of learning, trial and error, etc.
