Boil what I can and Bleach what I cant boil once a week. Wipe or wash before and after every use.

Depending on possibilities, water and soap or wipes (even baby wipes not designed for this...)
If I have to do it fast, just water.

I find the traditional soap and water to be just fine, but I do use toy cleaner if I have some within reach.

Usually hot water and soap. I have one toy that water easily gets in the battery compartment if I am not careful. For that one I use my handy Eden wipes. Also if I am tired and don't feel like cleaning immediately after use, I use wipes and wash it in the morning.

Typically soap and water for the majority of my toys. I only use wipes when it's something more delicate or non-waterproof that can't get close (like remote controls)

Btw.... I had initially used a toy cleaner when I first started (not on EF, from a "Passion Party"). Boy, did it make me itch. When I put the toys in my mouth (like dildo BJ) it made my throat close. Something was seriously wrong with that cleaner. Wouldn't recommend!
