My favorites to read tend to be those with fuller developed characters that tend to be in situations I'm sure I would never see in real life. IE, not vanilla.

You know, women who fantasize about pegging will like the idea of having a hard cock. My sexual identity is very much female, but it's still hot to think having a cock of my own. Think of it as guys wanting to have their own boobs and vagina to play with. (I've said that recently while I commented a review, but it represents well how it looks like).

Interestingly, one of my favorite stories in Fairy Tale Lust ("Sleep Tight" by Janine Ashbless) is written in the male first person. I would love to read it at an event, but it feels strange to be reading about my hard cock. Gender bending is one thing, but he's most definitely supposed to be a man! less

Much love for the Beauty Trilogy...true story: A friend of mine was married to a Navy guy. He gave her the book The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty and told her not to mind the sticky pages, the book had been passed around the ship for a few months before he finally got it back!

I can, too. The Beauty books are so good! And there was an early Masquerade collection of fairy tales I adored. Gorgeous cover, too. I wrote my first retold tale back in the ice age. But my first collection of retold fables was published by Plume in 02 or 03. I think good authors will always be able to bring something new and unusual to the theme.

I've only tackled a handful of fairy tales. I would love the chance to write a whole book of retold fables myself. Of course, they'd probably all have dominant men spanking submissive women...

I definitely enjoy reading in 3rd person better too. Sometimes I prefer that I am picturing two characters rather than putting myself in the fantasy. Maybe in some way that makes it safer? (I wouldn't so this, but its okay for these guys?)

I currently don't have an open call, but when I do I post it on my blog, Facebook, Twitter and ERWA. I'll be sure to mention it here, too!

This is kind of funny and hopefully I don't get slammed for my honesty, but....There is a story in Red Hot Erotica about two guys. I have never had any interest in that type of porn or story at all. Before I even read it I didn't think I would end up liking it. But since I was going to be reviewing it, I knew I needed to read it, I figured I would just get through it and that would be that. But it was actually a very good story, and I found myself getting drawn into it. Which surprised me.

LOL! Yeah I have to say that reading about "my hard cock" out loud would probably put me into a fit of laughter and ruin the mood.

Incidentally, the Beauty Trilogy is how I found out my current boyfriend was into, or at least open to, erotica. He's a big Ann Rice fan and I've read a lot of her vampire books and he asked me one day if I'd read the Sleeping Beauty stories. He now borrows all my erotica compilations once I'm done with them.
