Ever since I've read "The Vagina Monologues" I've taken to calling the whole female genital area the vulva, which is its proper name, and the specific parts by their respective names. I find that people are a lot more accepting and willing to listen to what I have to say when I use clinical/proper terms rather than slang.
I did, however, give my vulva the name Promethea when asked what I would name it. Look up the "Promethea" graphic novels by Alan Moore and you'll see why I like her!

Depends which part of it you mean.

I generally say vagina and clit a lot.

Maybe pussy lips, if that's the part I'm talking about, but never plain "pussy." But probably more likely plain "lips."
