I just use the proper terms -- even when writing erotic fiction, I'll go with vagina, vulva, clit, etc. and then focus on describing sensations and actions rather than trying to find sexier words for genitals.
If I had to choose something for dirty talk, I suppose I'd go for cunt. Pussy makes me think of bad porn or cats; vag makes me think of someone who almost wants to say vagina but feels like that would be awkward; cunt at least makes me think of the relevant piece in The Vagina Monologues.

I hate most slang for my lady parts. I tend to use the medical/clinical terms -- I do contract clitoris to "clit", but I've never found any non-medical terms that I'm comfortable with (things like "yoni" make me feel too new-agey) or that I don't feel are kinda demeaning (cunt, pussy, etc.)?
I don't mind the terms "cock" and "dick", though (and use these terms to refer to my strap-on), so perhaps it is a social power issue?

I don't mind any of these names. I read something recently by a blogger who said we should not call it names because then that makes us less proud of it, but I disagree. I think people choose names because it makes them feel better, or if their partner chooses a name it becomes more special and "worshiped" so-to-speak. We hear a lot of confusing things from well-meaning people and I do not think coming up with a name should be an issue.
