The chemicals in sunscreen are very bad for you, and have been proven to be carcinogenic. I only use it when I know I'll be out in the sun for a while, and don't have a good tan built up. It's pointless and unhealthy to wear sunscreen every day.
I am super fair and irish/german, and should totally use it ALL the time. But I don't. I can't stand the smell, the feel, the stickiness. Even the ones that say they are not all those things...are...
I burned the shit out of myself at a bikini car wash two weeks ago...but it was for charity, so what the heck...but I should use it...all the time.
I mix sunscreen into my regular body lotion. So I use sunscreen on my whole body every day. And I use sunscreen on my face too. But I keep getting more moles and freckles. Do you use sunscreen every day??
I try to put it on if I plan to be outside. If I'm going to walk somewhere (I don't know how to drive) I always put on sunscreen. But if I don't plan on going outside, there's no point in wasting sunblock.
I always wear it on my face...it is in my moisturizer. If I am going to be outside for long periods of time I put it on. I would rather be safe than sorry!

I don't and should and since I'm working most of the time and don't do too many outdoor activities.. I don't wear it I have had about 20% of my nose removed due to Basal cell cancer. It isn't deadly but it is cancer and something not to think lightly of. Good for you! I'm glad you are taking of your skin.
