Spontaneous orgasms (women only) Ever had one?

I wish I could do this, I feel like it would be a great destresser.

I can (rarely) "think off" if I'm already in a heightened state of mind. I've also had orgasms by dreaming, that I wake up at the end of (I hear this can be more common as women age).

I would love to be able to do that.

I really have no suggestion for controlling it. It's kind of like conditioning over time. The more and more it is ingrained in the person, the better controlled it is. Or something along those lines. Does that makes sense? I feel like I'm just rambling and babbling. less

It has happened while dreaming but not while awake and I certainly can't make it happen without stimulation. I can almost though

I once had an orgasm just from nipple and breast stimulation, and think I've had a couple in my sleep, but never just out of the blue spontaneously.

I wish!

I've never had a spontaneous orgasm nor can I cum on demand(it's not something I can control mentally; I need to be physically stimulated). I don't think I'd like to have spontaneous orgasms as I'd be afraid it could happen inappropriately, but think it would be cool if I could control my orgasms without the need for physical stimulation.

So this is long, but I want to get it out there. Preface to say, I had a mommy makeover in 2018, with my abs pulled very tight and navel relocated. A couple weeks post surgery I was just thinking about my surgeon (who I had NO interest in sexually) and I had a knee buckling orgasm. I was shocked! I have had orgasms in my sleep, but never awake and without any mental or physical provocation. Then I was watching a documentary on drones planting a half trillion trees world-wide, and again, BAM! I was like WTF?? Since then, whenever my surgeons name pops up in caller ID, I have an orgasm. I actually asked him for the surgical report to see if I could find any clue to why I would have this result, but found nothing. I was so curious I actually asked my PS and explained why I wanted the report and how I now have this new “superpower”. I did not include his “part” in the orgasms, of course. His eyes about popped out of his head . I asked if he ever had this result before and he said no. He asked if it was a curse or a blessing, I said it was fine, very nice. I have also read “Bonk” by Mary Roach that my daughter recommended. Chapter 11 is all about the “Immaculate Orgasm” and the whole book is a humorous but well researched book on human sexuality. It directed me to Dr Barry Komisaruk whom I’ve been communicating with, and helps me feel like I’m not a lunatic, to just enjoy it. I believe there are other women out there that have had this “side effect” of a tummy tuck, but are too modest to speak of it. I’m just glad it’s not PGAD. I will admit, if I want to, I can look at an image of my plastic surgeon and have a go!
