I broke my hymen falling on a boys bike when I was young there was a snap almost like hitting your self with a rubber band and there was a tiny bit of blood. When I had sex for the first time many years later there was no pain and no blood.
Sex Fact: Breaking the Hymen
06/21/2011
I remember trying to ride up a curb on my bike when I was about 9 and feeling something really ouchy between my legs that lingered, but I didn't want to tell anybody about it because I was embarrassed that I'd done something stupid. I don't recall if there was blood, but the memory is very fuzzy. I assume that's when I broke my hymen, but I didn't know that it had happened at the time.
My real first time wasn't any more painful than any other time I had sex with the same partner, except maybe that I was a little more nervous. There was no blood. I had been using tampons and experimenting with fingers and other objects for years before that, though, so no surprises.

My first time was painful and there was a decent amount of blood. I remember it hurt even worse the next morning when I peed.

The first time I had sex was not painful, and I did not bleed (thankfully the boy did not have a huge penis, but rather, a good introductory model!). However, I think my hymen was already broken previously.

No bleeding, but it was uncomfortable/slightly painful.

Really painful because I wanted to get it over with and didn't wait to get aroused enough and didn't use lube....oh well. I bled a little, but not noticeably.

This poll isn't very well phrased. First of all, the first time I had sex, the first time I had penetrative sex and the time my hymen broke where three very different occasions.
I honestly don't know when my hymen was broken. Ever since I first started to experiment (at around age ten) it already wasn't there, but I was a bit of a tomboy and played rough, so it must have broken sometime and I just never noticed. I got bruised and hurt so often I must have dismissed it as another one of my regular aches.
The first time I had sex it was great. We had oral sex and mutual masturbation, but no penetration, and I don't remember a single occasion in which I had so much sheer fun in bed with someone. We laughed the entire time at the sounds and the smells and the faces and the occasional bumping of head on the wall (it was on a single bed and yeah, tight fit).
The first time I had penetrative sex was awful. That was the time I discovered I suffer from an unfortunate condition called dyspareunia, which means pain during penetration. In my case, it was simply because I was built rather smaller than average, and the entrance to my vagina is remarkably unflexible. I hadn't noticed before because I had only ever used a finger for penetration on my own. So... yeah. This poll doesn't really reflect my firsts very well. :/

I broke mine a long, long time ago during masturbation, too. There was a bit of blood, but nothing too bothersome. And it didn't exactly hurt, though I wouldn't was an entirely pleasant feeling. I just sort of slipped and pushed a bit more than I intended and it felt a bit like... a slight pop. That's the only way I can think of to describe it.

There was some pain but nothing I couldn't handle. I did bleed enough to leave a spot on his bed that looked as if I had gotten my period and bled through during the night. Luckily he was nice about it!

I started masturbating when I was an early teen.tween, but dont remember any blood. I remember hitting myself hard on the bicycle seat and causing a world of pain, but i didnt know what a hymen was until later. the first time I had sex was pretty comfortable, no pain or blood. My partner went slow and made sure I was ok during the whole thing.

The first time I had sex was surprisingly pleasant. I had a tiny pinch at the initial penetration (like having a rubber band snap against the skin), and that was it as far as pain goes. I had a tiny bit of spotty bleeding afterward, but nothing alarming.

I do not remember my hymen breaking ever. What I think tho, is that when I was being sexually abused as a child it broke. I do not have a clue though.

Well, I remember the first time I had sex, although it was against my will, so I answered uncomfortable and painful, but the actual act wasn't, just mentally. There was no blood.

My first 20 times having sex were extremely painful but I never bled and I probably broke my hymen during gymnastics way before I lost my virginity.

No pain or blood my first time. I'm pretty sure I broke my hymen while horseback riding.

My hymen must have broken on its own, never bled from sex or using toys so must have been gone a long time ago.

I don't remember if/when I had broken my hymen - I didn't use tampons and didn't finger myself much. But my guy and I started off using fingers before we did it, so that probably helped. It was sort of uncomfortable, but no blood and not really painful. I had expected a lot worse, considering I was really tight too!

Yes, a little painful the first time

No pain or blood the first time.
My hymen must be super-stretchy. It is still partially intact, after years of playing with some rather large toys.
