I hate it. It's painful and inconvenient. I feel gross no matter how many times I shower. I hate wasting a bunch of pads at the end because of the super-sloooow flow and my need for cleanliness. In a word, it sucks.

I used to hate my period! I am allergic to my blood, I would break out in a rash and get urinary tract infections every time.
I bought a divacup to try it out and I love it! my period doesnt last as long and it is so convienient. I am a heavy bleeder and I think the divacup is fantastic. I dont get rashes and urinary tract infections any more.

I hated it since the moment it started, I have always had female problems, such as digestive issues, cramping, bleeding issues, I didn't have too many issues with bitchiness and I learned to stop complaining. I got quite sick of sleeping with a burgundy towel in my bed so I didn't ruin another mattress pad or mattress. Last year I finally had a hysterectomy and I wish I would have done it years before. I was so scared of sexual issues with not having a cervix. But I have to say it hasn't hurt my sex drive or my enjoyment of sex. It is actually gotten better.

i LOVE getting my period. i know that sounds strange, but it's such a relief. i have a condition some of you may or may not have heard of, called premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and it makes my life a living hell for two weeks. it's like PMS x1,000 - that bad. bouts of crying, anger, irritability, severe depression and suicidal thoughts... it's not a fun thing to live with but i am working with a counselor and trying to get a handle on it, cuz it's not gonna go away.

I had to vote kind-of because I am still grateful that it comes each month lol. I have two children and that is MORE than enough. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being a mommy, but my period is a happy sign that I will not be preggy again anytime soon! No more backaches and nausea for this mommy!
That aside, my period does suck because I get crampy and emotional. Sometimes I start crying for no reason and then I know "Aunt Flow" is on her way. I could do without the added fatigue too.

Mixed emotions...I know that having is necessary for me to have children some day so for that reason I am very glad to have my period and for things to be working properly. However, I hate how emotional/moody I get and I know it bother's my fiance. I also get cramps. I use Midol which definitely takes the edge off but doesn't relieve everything. I found a 12 hour Midol which made me very happy b/c it isn't always convenient to stop in the middle of the day to take another does.

I hate it. I may not have the worst out there, but I still hate it. I get pms and cry at the drop of a hat exactly a week before it comes. And it keeps coming early randomly! Sometimes it will be on schedule and then other times five days early or something. I swear, every time I go on a trip, that's when it comes. It plans it I tell you!

I get dysmenorrhea so my periods are super painful. Also because I'm androgynous identifying with masculine leanings my period tends to trigger dysphoria.

When I was a teenager I hated it with a passion.
For the past say about three or four years? Meh. It's part of something my body does every eighteen days like clockwork. It's like my nose. I love having a nose, but I just hate how big it is. So I got used to it, and now my nose and I are good friends.
The only thing I really hate about my period is the fear of leaks. Other than that??? I don't mind it at all!!

The thing I hated about my periods was all of the stained clothes and/or sheets. That all stopped when i switched to using a diva cup!

I hate it! For one it's super gross...I know you think its "natural", but is it really? Blood coming out from your lady parts??? The cramps and the irritability just suck(for everyone in my way).And the fact that it lasts for so long is just torture! I break out for like three days before it actually starts and I crave candy like a mo-fo!
