I just use water, but I use a little gentle, natural soap around the outside of my labia.
How do you clean your lady bits?

Just use standard soap and water. Whatever soap is available to me

After It cleansing foam (after care), i actually use the whole kit, i love the foam wash makes me feel really clean, helps balance everything, its Odorless and tasteless so i don't have to worry bout hubby tasting something funky down there from other body washes

Water or my Olay body wash if it's that time of the month.

I think right now, I have Dove soap in the shower. I also use Cetaphil sometimes.

hmmm I guess I use whatever soap or bodywash is in the shower when I take one but usually I just whip my pants down in the bathroom and use a washcloth and bodyshop soap. I make sure I do it before everytime I plan on having anything inside me- can't risk a bladder infection (UTI) from 'back to front'

I use DivaWash. It's all-organic and natural and is designed to wash menstrual cups, so it doesn't irritate my ladybits. I also use it to clean my sex toys.

You should never put soap on your labia, it can cause yeast infections or utis!
05/15/2012
I just use warm water and a wash clothe
05/27/2013
`Venus body wash or personal cleansing wipes.
05/27/2013
Just regular body wash.
05/27/2013
I use water! It's not good to "clean" your vag too much with products. Fucks up your pH..
05/27/2013
Body wash that I use for everything else.
05/27/2013
I use Dove for everything, but admittedly I only really wash the outer portions, and give the inner areas a good splash during the rinse, so it's really just water on the lady bits.
05/27/2013
Around the labia majora and the hair part I'll use body wash, but if it's anything else I just use water. I've never had a UTI before and I plan on keeping it that way.
05/27/2013
Right now I'm using Sliquid Splash, but it's almost gone.. so I'll be using a body wash that contains glycerin.. Hopefully I'm not allergic.

Soap and water, and I don't know if it contains glycerin. However, I am not sensitive to glycerin.

I'm a water only kind of gal but I do clean in all the nooks very well.
06/07/2013
I use my homemade soap (contains natural glycerine as part of the chemical reaction from the fats and lye when making soap) to shave my hair only. I try not to get any soap inside me as then I have issues.
06/07/2013
Water and sometimes a bit of soap for my vulva, and absolutely nothing on the inside. The vagina is self-cleaning, and typically doesn't need any added chemicals.
06/07/2013
normal body wash - is that bad?
06/11/2013
body wash
06/11/2013
I use Olay sensitive skin bar soap.
06/11/2013
Just water. I believe that vaginas are pretty self cleansing. I'm also afraid of disrupting the pH and getting an infection.
06/19/2013
I've been told by my doctor that soap is no good for your vagina. I just clean with water now. Since I cut out all soaps my scent is much more pleasant and I never experience irritation like I used to.

It has never even occurred to me to only use water to wash my nether region.
I've always used an ordinary bar of soap and water. Lather really well, and then rinse really well.
I've never had any irritation, yeast/bladder infections, or terrible smells as a result of using soap and water.
There have been a small handfull of occasions where I was running late and forgot to wash down there, but I felt like I smelled.
I don't think I did smell, because my peers never had any out of the norm body language towards me, but it still felt just strange.
