Yes, I got it a year or so ago. Since there is a history of cervical cancer in my family, it just made sense to take the precaution. And, yes, it hurt, but it wasn't THAT bad (at least for me).

I got the vaccine when I was in college so maybe 7-8 years ago. I honestly don't remember it being painful or getting sick after it

I got it a few years ago and yes it hurt a lot but I just kept thinking getting cancer would hurt more.

I am old and married, so no. I don't agree with vaccinations and I have had family who had serious reactions to them and I wouldn't get it for my boys. When they are adults they can make that decision themselves based on information. And, I am a registered nurse.

No, I haven't, I'm not vaccinated for much of anything. I was offered it, but I didn't have money for it and I'm really wary about vaccines.

When it first came out I asked my child's pediatrician if they had it available when we were at the clinic for something else. They did. I then asked to have my son vaccined.
Well it's not approved for boys, I was told. Would it harm a boy? No... but the insurance won't pay for it. So how much would it be without insurance? Oh maybe $250... Fine l'll write you a check.
Even then that fat head doc wouldn't do it! My respect for the medical profession diminished substantially, that day.
Some years later with a different doc my son was vaccinated.
