Should Eden Carry Menstrual Cups?

Contributor: Glinteye Glinteye
I know that its not really what eden is about, but i think it would be awesome if they did.

I don't see that it's their market, but if they did carry them I'd buy them from here. It's a pain to order from other places.

I would love to buy my first from eden, but it doesn't seem like something they would sell.

I don't think they would sell well.

It's not really Eden's end of the market. Menstrual cups are something that drugstores should carry along with their pads and tampons.

I don't see the reasoning of why it should be carried here.

Although I wouldn't care if they did, I don't think it fits with the rest of their stock. They sell sex toys and lingerie, with a few sensual products thrown in. A menstrual cup is more of a health product.

I am not looking to Eden for anything I can buy at my local drugstore.

I wouldn't mind seeing them here, though it's true that they wouldn't quite fit in with the rest of the stock. However, this is a website and community that promotes sexual health in all its forms, and health during one's menstrual cycle is just as important as during the rest of the month, so there would be a case for carrying them.

It could be a good way to let women know about menstrual cups, as well. Cups are far healthier than tampons, but don't get a whole lot of exposure because, obviously, they don't generate repeat customers the way disposable items do (hence why not very many pharmacies carry them). Eden gets a lot of traffic, so having cups here would be a great way to let women know that they have more options regarding their period.

Besides, it makes more sense (to me, anyway) for a sex site to carry something like a menstrual cup than cosmetics or bubble bath - not that I mind seeing those things here. Perhaps, if nothing else, we could use a new help article regarding menstrual health.

I think it would be feasible since they also carry bath and beauty products....and I love my cup so much and would love more people to explore using them.

Of course there's so many reasons why they couldn't. I don't even know if some of the companies will sell wholesale....

Would be nice to be able to get it at one place.

I think it makes perfect sense for EF to carry all sorts of sexual health products, and I argue that alternatives to bleached cotton is a fantastic product to encourage!

And no, I can't get a divacup at the drugstore in most parts of the country.

they sound cool but it's not totally necessary that Eden carries them.

I think it's a great idea. It has to do with the sexual organs and it's difficult to get in stores, so it'd be awesome to see available for online purchase in more places. :3

I definitely say yes! If Eden did carry them, I would most certainly buy them.

I say yes. A lot of people are saying that it's not Eden's "thing"... but we're able to purchase lip balm, hand lotion, shaving cream, and makeup here, how wouldn't a menstrual cup fit in? I can get all those things at the drugstore as well, but why shouldn't I be able to get them here also? I would be very happy if Eden carried menstrual cups; I've never tried any and would rather save up some points to try them out before dropping my hard earned cash on something I don't know if I'd like. So yes, I think menstrual cups would be a perfect thing for Eden to sell.

Also, I've seen a lot of ads promoting menstrual cups as a way to enjoy less messy (or not messy at all) sex during your period. Uhm, HELLO, I think that's something that would be more Eden's "thing" than hand cream and bubble bath because it's always tossed around that orgasm during menstruation helps alleviate cramps.

I don't know that I think they "should" carry them. I'll say this though - if Eden carried menstrual cups, I'd buy them here.

Keep in mind that reusable menstrual cups can't be worn during intercourse. Some disposable ones, however, can, and I've heard that some couples are okay with non-penetrative activities while wearing the reusable kind

If Eden can sell lip balm and shampoo with sex toys, sex aids, and lingerie, I don't see why they can't sell menstrual cups. Most menstrual cup brands are hard to come by for most people anyway. I can find Insteads occasionally, but I haven't had luck with DivaCup or any of the other brands. I had to order my Lunettes from a British site.

Do they carry pads? Tampons? So why menstrual cups?
