I shave it. It goes about halfway up. Gets annoying if i let it go and it peeks through the boxers and gets zipped up.

I have hair on the bottom two inches or so, not a lot, but enough to be bothersome. I usually trim my pubes to keep things neat, and have tried shaving the shaft, which resulted in a deliciously smooth look and feel, but eventually the stubble was very irritating. I would love to keep the shaft clean but it seems lazer is the only way and that is pricey, and I am not sure where I could get that done. Any suggestions ?
