I try to re-charge after one or two uses but really it just happens when I think about it

I recharge when the toy dies. I worry that charging it when it's still got some power will deplete the battery's ability to hold a charge. It's like with cell phones- they tell you that if you charge it when it's not completely dead, it weakens the battery so it won't hold a charge as long in the future.

My Jimmyjane Form 2 has its own little dock and can't be overcharged, so I let it hang out there when it's not in use. As for my other toys, I usually just charge them when they run out of power or when I notice a marked decrease in their performance.

When power runs out. But I dont have many rechargables, because if they run out on me in a session Ill get frustrated. With batteries, you only need to pop in a new one, and can buzz away

I know most rechargeable batteries like to run dead then be recharged. I don't let mine get that low. I recharge every few uses.

Honestly, about every week or so mimi and uma get charged because I use them alot!!! and then I will charge the jopen's about every other week. We have charging night on the bathroom counter and they are all laid out charging.
