Of the over 200 hundred toys and products I have bought or recieved I have had to return a grand total of three..not a bad track record, eh?

I've sent back two things, one was a defective toy and the other was lingerie that was way too small. I'm going to be sending back another lingerie piece that is way too big next week. I wish lingerie sizing wasn't so off .

I think a total of 4 items. One was a straight return, and the other three were exchanges. Out of all the items I've gotten, I don't think that's bad at all.

I had to return one toy and that was Faith Vibe. Other than that only lingerie purchases.

Out of all the things I've ordered, I've only just sent back one item last week for an exchange. It was the pink rotator glass toy and it had a nasty scratch on the head. It's driving my nuts waiting for the replacement because I really wanted to play with it!

Over the past couple of years I've returned 2-3 toys. It happens - just be glad it's very easy to return bad products.

I've gotten tons of items and so far haven't returned any. If the toy doesn't work for me I find another use for it or start asking around for people I know who might like it, but only if it's unused.

On my first purchase here one of my items came defective. I was soooo disappointed. I thought I would never shop here again but the representative that I spoke to about the problem was great and helped a lot. He sent me a return label to send the item back and sent me out a new one!
