Here's the deal: I just bought Randy and I definitely need some tips on how to use it (him?). I'm no stranger to larger toys but this one is giving me problems. I can get it in, but I can't make the hurt from my vagina stretching go away. Does anyone have any tips to share? This toy is so soft and amazing that I know that I'll love it once I figure this whole thing out.
(can someone switch this topic to dildos? I missed that one...)

I have the silicone version of Randy. For me, toys this size require being rather aroused, really relaxed, and in the right frame of mind. Lots of lube and patience and warm up.
Occasionally, Randy gets hung on my pubic bone. If I don't use enough lube, he can irritate my urethra. If I have trouble finding the right angle/position, he can actually make my g-spot sore.
It's possible you need to find something between him and your biggest vibrator and work up to him. It's possible you need more lube. It's possible you're attempting insertion at the wrong angle for your body. It's also possible that the pain is just "growing pains" (for lack of a better description), and you just need more practice.
Personally, I think Randy's better for use with, say, the Liberator Wing (If he fits... I hope so cause I'm totally getting one soon.) or in a strap-on harness. At least I'm hoping. Cause I have a hard time finding a good position for this short, stubby dildo, but once I do I love him.
