My pink lockable sex toy case by BMS Enterprises is locked shut and I can't get it open. Yes, I have the right code in. No, I have never had a problem with it before. It has my favorite toys and I had to masturbate with my back ups How do I get into my box and rescue my favorite bunny? Has anyone had this problem before and how did you solve it?
Help ASAP :(

Oh no! That sounds terrible.. I hope you get it open! My toys are currently in a home-made cloth zip case, and not locked up. Sorry to hear your bunny is trapped!

Try WD40 or similar on the lock mechanism and hinge. Apply it with a generous hand, and let it soak in for a few minutes, then try again. If it's just jammed, that may be enough to get it moving again.
Hit the lock sharply a few times, though obviously be careful not to use enough force to damage your case. It's not the best way to unstick a lock, but it could be just enough to loosen the mechanism, so it's worth a shot.
Worst case scenario: cut the lock hinge. You're going to need really heavy cutters, if not actual lock cutters (you can find those at hardware stores). If you're careful, you'll still have a box to store your toys in, though it won't latch closed anymore.
Good luck, and I hope you manage to get your toys out soon!

I'm so sorry this happened! I hate to say it, but I had the same thing happen with this case after just a few weeks of using it. My boyfriend got out the tools and went on a sex toy search & rescue mission, but he ended up having to break the lock in order to get the case open.

I've had to break into a few of my own locks that jammed up before. This was before I was storing sex toys behind said locks, though. I had a lot more patience with the locks then.

Thank you for all of the advice I have set all my favorite toys free and managed to save my case and lock! Now, will I use my case again? I do not know. How did I do it? I played with the combination a lot. I tried to open it using 000 and then I tried to open it using my combination and I pressed down on the lock and the slide release button really hard and it popped right open. Don't know what did it but I am glad to have my toys back.

thank goodness the bunny has been released!!!!! glad you got it opened...

Glad you were able to get into it without breaking the chest. Maybe you need to see if you can exchange the box.

Hooray for saving your toys! Personally, I'd never lock anything in there again... but that's just me.

Maybe I am stupid but I did and it betrayed me again. My box will never live to do it again. My favorite toys currently live in a large red velvet bag from Sephora.

Eek that is definitely not good that you can not open up your box. I have been reading the reviews. Seems like most had problems with the locks when they first got the box. Good luck

Oh man!!!!! This item was next on my wishlist to purchase actually! I may be changing my mind if people are having trouble with it! I don't want to get my toys stuck in there! That's scary to just think about! Lol. I'm gonna have to go check out all the reviews and see what I can figure out, but it's looking like I may be getting something else in my next purchase. That stinks, because it is so cute!!!!!

NB - for locks oils and WD-40 aren't the best thing to grab for. The residue can attract dust and make things worse. If you can get the lock off try washing it with alcohol and then when it's dry use graphite powder for lube.
Sounds like they need to get a better lock. I've never had a problem with this style of combination lock sticking - guess I've been lucky.

I must say that this case is definitely on my Don't-Buy list, now, though.

YIKES. I have looked at getting this box theres no way after hearing the issues with them! Not willing to pay that price for something that will hold my toys hostage.

I have this box in black and I have never had any kind of trouble with it at all. It's a really nice box!

I've been using this box for a long time and I have had no problems with it. I find it very discreet. It is a great box to put your toys in and keep them safe.

i have one of these cases dont put a lit in it because it wont hold a whole lot but hope it never jams up :S

I have two of these cases (pink & purple) and luckily they haven't jammed on me or anything like that... BUT I also have two Devine Playchests & one lock completely broke on me with all my goodies locked in. I was worried I would have to cut the strap off or something! =(
For some weird reason the spring behind the key lock on the playchest popped out completely. I had to use tweezers to flip the key hole around just to open the case but with the spring out it's no longer lockable. Such a bummer, I'm about 10 days over the 60-day exchange/return limit.

If you have a grinder at home/ in the garage just use that and a metal disc to cut the hinges. It'll be easier/cheaper than using bolt cutters.

WD40 usually works. If all else fails, break it open. Or pay a locksmith to open it (and keep their mouth closed haha)
